I Am Back!!!!

Well I am back from my 8 week trip to Colorado!!!!!!! So many places to go......Elitch's (see link below) Mesa Verde (Below), Sand dunes, Lakeside, (Below) So much more!!!!!! ANYWAY......A related story to Mesa Verde Dogs were useful tools and they use turkeys as pets the children would take care of most of the animals and carrying the water for miles and miles......Getting of the dog subject : )...Dogs were used to find food and other things like that.

Great Sand Dunes

If you are going to bring your dog to the Great Sand Dunes National Park in Colorado you must put shoes on your dog because the sand has magnetite in it which is black and that will attract the sun.  Not only that the Great Sand Dunes doesn't always have this nice cool stream (above) in front of it, Remember to bring lots of water and to stay hydrated wear good shoes like Keens or Nike tennis shoes (for people who dont know what keens are see link below.  It is hot in the day time that is why I recommend going at like 8:00 A.M.  that way you can get a nice spot and so it is not as hot.  If not please still go you will enjoy it and have fun this nice stream is fun to be in.  Dress lightly and wear sunscreen (apply on every hour). http://shop.nordstrom.com/sr?keyword=keen&origin=PredictiveSearch

Hot Dog!!

Well I know it hasn't been awhile since I posted on my blog so here you have it.

Don't leave your dog out on a hot day,or any animal.  Did you know that in Missouri it is against the law to leave your dog out in your car if it is over 70 degrees. Yea....because I didn't learn that the hard way.  You will pay a fine for that. When it's over 70 degrees outside, it's more like 100 degrees inside a parked car. Even if you leave the windows down, it can be way too hot for your pet.

Hysterical, But seriously who does that???? 


If you have to leave your pet outside, please please please make sure it has plenty of fresh cool water. (Put ice cubes in it's water bowl). Make sure your pet has a shady spot to rest too.

                                                        

Neutering and Spaying Your Dog

Dogs are considered very aggressive if they are not neutered.Because........

Half of those dogs can't find a home so they are alone,beaten,or left alone on the street. Stop Animal Abuse

dogs all over the world are being abused by their owners. : ( Well anyway help stop dog abuse.A related story is my friend got a dog from the humane society.The dog was dropped off beside the road.Sad.Now he has a loving home and is happy as can be.Well here is a picture of a dog that was abused.

                                                    Wow, this dog looks abused. So you can help by adopting a dog or cat and give it a home that it loves. Don't forget dogs are like people and they have feelings too. So you can stop that activity, and if you get a dog get it neutered of spade because a dog gets a sudden aggression. He looks abused  I'm not sure. This isn't a lot written, but PLEASE HELP STOP ANIMAL ABUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Say No To Dog Fighting

Dog fighting is a sick cruel thing to do to dogs.People bet on dogs lives and use them for gambling and entertainment.Dog fighting is illegal.But people do it anyway.If you leave your dog out on the street without watching them, Dogs get captured and...Well see for your self

April fools!

I know it is called She must love dogs but here are some hilarious April Fools jokes.

what you will need:
saran wrap

tape
First you will take the plastic wrap and tape one side of it, Then you pull it tight.  Tape it.

what you will need:

paper confetti
First, wait for a rainy day.  Then, you take the paper confetti. pour it into your mom's umbrella.

 what you will need:
Oreos
white toothpaste
First, invite some friends over.  Then, you take the toothpaste and fill empty Oreos.  Leave some real Oreos out so you will eat some.

The  Humane Society wants people who get dogs get them neutered or spayed because if dogs have babies they may not have homes so they live on the street and suffer for their lives.  Today i met a pit bull  named "Winky."  Winky lived on the street and only had one eye!  Winky needs to find a home Along with 3,800 dogs and cats that have no home.  If cats and dogs do not find homes they get to big and they only have a limited amount of food and space so they have to put the dogs and cats To sleep.  My teacher told me today that She one had a cat and a stray, they both became pregnant and had a 2 liters of babies.  That is 14 cats.  One more cat had 1 more liter and that is 20 cats they eventually had to go to the shelter.  Not all of them made it.  :( also, If dogs run around on the street with out being watched, the dogs get ran over or illegally captured for dog fights.  I also met the cutest dog named Manny.  He was so cute and had the sweetest look in his eye he was black and loved me anyway, he needed a  home and if he doesn't find a home he will be put to sleep.  One of my two dogs were neglected and were in their kennels for 22 hours a day.  Also get your dogs a rabies shot every year because rabies is deadly to dogs and cats.  Click here to see what you can do about dog behavior all over the world http://www.humanesociety.org/search/search.jsp?query=dogs
